turkey, & salads, & pie Oh Me Oh My! Everyone really out did themselves this year with one of the most delicious Thanksgiving meals that has every graced its presence at the Stones home!
Karen made her infamous sweet potatoes
Dustin slaved over his sauerkraut
Papa Stones did not one, but two turkeys that were heavenly
Rachel chopped, stirred, and mashed just about everything
Abigail & Sarai did what we do best...decorated
Mama Stones...did everything else
And the rest of the clan...well they sampled the food really well;)
Thanksgiving was a day for the annual turkey bowl game that all the boys participate in...they were pretty happy that they won their game! Followed by lots of preparation...and going back for seconds, and then thirds. And just when we thought we were going to pop we decided to fill in any extra nooks and crannies our stomachs still possessed with a good helping of pie:)
I have so much to be thankful for this year...but I am especially grateful for my Savior and for my family!
