Today's Workout


Today’s Workout

Running:
10 X of 30 second sprints followed by 90 seconds of relaxed paced run; Followed by a 10 minute cool down run.  Total distance: 3.5 miles.

Strength Training:

Do this routine three times a week on nonconsecutive days for best results
