This year was our year for Christmas with the Hansen Family! And it was our FIRST Christmas as a family of 3! Even though Will won't remember his first Christmas I'll forever keep these fun memories of Christmas with my first munchkin in my heart. I'm so grateful to have married into such a wonderful family. Though I missed my own family dearly, I love my Hansen family and was so excited to spend Christmas with them.
There is always so much excitement Christmas morning. Dustin and William were up before I was, which is not the norm. A few days before Christmas I started getting a horrible uncomfortable rash on my arms...which got even worse Christmas Eve. Luckily, we have a family pharmacist who instructed me to take two benadryl to combat the rash...well two benadryl on Christmas Eve was probably not my wisest of choices:)
I groggily got out of bed, but quickly shook the fuzzies out of my head...by golly it was CHRISTMAS!
It's tradition in the Hansen Household to take 'the stairs' pictures before heading down a further flight of stairs to where a glorious Christmas morning awaited us....
Mr Santa really really outdid himself this year...I unwrapped a shiny new camera lens for my Nikon...non other than the nifty fifty! Score! Mrs Santa didn't do too bad herself;) Dustin received his newest favorite gadget...the Moto 360 smartwatch.
Dustin, Will, and I were all completely spoiled this Christmas by Santa, Mama & Papa Hansen{love my new pot rack and stainless steel pots...they are used daily!!!}, siblings, Grandma, aunts & uncles, and of course cousins!
It was a beautiful Christmas spent with family! We ended the evening with a scrumptious Christmas dinner, a later movie, and then we slunked off to our cozy beds where visions of sugar plums and Christmas memories danced in our heads!
