Last Nights Workout

Are you like me when it comes to injuries?  Thinking they will never ever happen to you?  Well I just lost my stroke of luck!  This last week I was climbing Mt Baker (video will come shortly) which is a huge ginormous beast of a mountain that makes grown men cry (ok maybe I was the one who cried)! I injured my knee and it just doesn't feel back to normal quite yet...so I am taking it easy.  Easy as in SWIMMING!  Which is one of the best full body workouts there is!  

Here was last nights workout:

Swimming: 10 minutes(I got to the pool 10 minutes from closing time....but jumped right in and swam my little heart out)

Strength: Arms & Abs!  

I love a quote from Christ Powell that goes something like this..."Even if you are injured you can always find some sort of exercise to do!"  Amen!
