Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition

We all have those days, weeks, months, or years even where we don't feel motivated to workout regularly or eat healthy.  I know I battle daily with excuses to not workout circling through my head...'I don't have time today'; 'I want to sleep longer, besides more sleep is healthy for you'; 'I'm tired'; and my favorite 'I just don't want to have to get sweaty after work'!   
 
When these thoughts pop into your head, remember: If it matters to you, you'll make time for it!
(also a great quote for relationships but that is a story for another day)
 
For all of those who love to come home and watch a good TV show this one is for you!  Just make sure to grab some weights and a workout routine that you love...I promise you will not be able to sit still while you watch this show!

Here's the kicker...it takes time!  We live in a society where we want everything and we want it right now!  If we want to be thin we decide to embark on the latest diet fad and then months later when we have gained all the weight back and then some we become discouraged...losing weight and toning our bodies isn't a one time fix...it's a complete and total change of lifestyle! 
 
And for an added dose of motivation...it's swimsuit season ya'll!
