Christmas Part #2: Bacon Bacon Bacon

A few years back (9 years to be exact) my sisters and I started a Christmas tradition we named "Kris Kringle Kafe"!  Our parents were in Seattle picking up my brother from the airport (on his way home from college for the holidays) and we decided to surprise them with an amazing dinner.  We decorated the dining room top to bottom and cooked a delicious meal with whatever we could find in the kitchen.  We printed out menus, place cards, etc.  It was a blast!  So fast forward 9 years this tradition still lives on.  

This year with being pregnant I just can't stomach the thought of cooking.  So my adorable husband and the rest of the boys decided they would cook the 'Kris Kringle Kafe' gourmet meal this time...though they decided to change the name to 'Bacon, Bacon, Bacon'!!  The entire theme of the dinner was bacon...

We even had bacon flavored salt water taffy!!

And of course no 'Kris Kringle Kafe' is complete without Martinelli's.  I didn't feel up to doing my outrageous decorations, name tags, or even a menu...but the meal was amazing (thank you boys) none the less and everyone had a blast.
